WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We want to get you your product as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your COMBAR to good use sooner.

We ship our products to main destinations worldwide, using EMS – Express Mail Service with Internet tracking.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

We aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 working days of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 7 working days, however we always aim to despatch your product as soon as possible.

EMS guarantees delivery times of within 3-5 business days to main destinations worldwide.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We will send you an email once your order has been despatched, this will include your courier and your tracking reference. You can also contact us and we can provide you with an update.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify on your behalf after the order has been despatched.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT SHIP?

All payment for orders will be taken once the order is placed. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and process a refund to the payment method used to place the order.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES?

Customs, Duties, & Taxes for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL?

If you've checked your spam and trash folders and still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping emails, send us a quick request here.

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, you will. When your package will dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking number included.

HOW DO I FIND AN AUTHORISED COMBAR DEALER?

At the moment you can only purchase your authentic COMBAR products through our website or on Amazon.com. We’re working on bringing COMBAR to a retailer near you in the future, please subscribe to our emails for updates.

WHERE DO I ENTER A PROMOTION CODE?

Once you add your COMBAR items to your shopping cart and go to the checkout, you can enter your promo code on the right hand side. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order, we are unable to provide a refund for any orders submitted without a promo code.
